The LFG Roland C.II was a German reconnaissance and fighter escort aircraft operated by the Luftstreitkräfte (Imperial German Air Service) during World War I. First flown in 1915, the C.II entered service in the spring of 1916. The aircraft had a crew of two, pilot and observer/gunner.
