In stock items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from the order date. Delivery time to addresses in the continental USA average 3 - 5 business days from the shipping date depending on location. We do not offer order shipping to P.O. Box or freight forwarding addresses. A signature confirmation with an additional fee may be required at our discretion for large orders, apartment addresses, business addresses and shipments to third parties.
We reserve the right to refuse shipping an order to any address that we feel represents a risk of being undelivered, such as an incomplete address

Please be certain that your shipping address is correct. If the address on the order form is incorrect (street number, street name, zip code, etc.) it could delay the delivery of your purchase.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
Shipping to residents of Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is through the U.S. Postal Service. Please contact us if you need an estimate on the shipping cost before ordering. The shipping cost to these locations is added manually by us during order processing and will not appear in the total when the order is placed online.
There is a minimum purchase requirement of $ 50.00 for International orders. Customers that need an estimate on the shipping cost should contact us prior to placing the order online. If an estimate is not requested the order will be shipped using USPS Insured International airmail and charged to the customers credit/debit card at our cost plus a $ 5.00 processing fee.
International customers are responsible for the payment of any import duties, taxes, or other fees that may be levied on merchandise purchased from us upon delivery. You will need to contact the customs agency in your country if you have any questions regarding import fees.
International shipping charges on returns for a refund or replacement is non-refundable
A sales tax of 9.25% is applicable to residents of Tennessee.
We often advertise items scheduled to be released on a future date. These items can normally be ordered in advance (pre-ordered) for shipment when they arrive. Future release dates are subject to change or cancellation by the items manufacturer. If a release date is changed or cancelled the change will be posted in the items description. Preorder items need to be ordered separately from in-stock items. In-stock items are sold on a first-come, first serve basis
Unopened items can be returned to us for a refund of the original purchase price, less the original shipping cost, within 15 days of the date of delivery. Contact us by email stating that you intend to return an item and include your name, order number, item number and reason for the return.
If the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective item, we will cover any return shipping fees. If the return is for any other reason, we will not pay for the return shipping fees and you will be responsible for all shipping costs. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.
Items must be returned in the original packaging with any enclosed documents. We ask that the item be well packaged to prevent possible damage during return shipping (the original shipping box usually works well).
Opened items are eligible for return if the item you received is damaged or defective.
The following issues do not qualify as a defective product:
1. Minor cosmetic paint issues
2. Package condition
Refunds on returns are issued after the product has been received and processed. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
