In stock items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from the order date. Delivery time to addresses in the continental USA average 3 - 5 business days from the shipping date depending on location. We do not offer order shipping to P.O. Box or freight forwarding addresses. A signature confirmation with an additional fee may be required at our discretion for large orders, apartment addresses, business addresses and shipments to third parties. We reserve the right to refuse shipping an order to any address that we feel represents a risk of being undelivered, such as an incomplete address or addresses with restricted access

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
Shipping to residents of Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is through the U.S. Postal Service. Please contact us if you need an estimate on the shipping cost before ordering. The shipping cost to these locations is added manually by us during order processing and will not appear in the total when the order is placed online.
There is a minimum purchase requirement of $ 50.00 for International orders. Customers that need an estimate on the shipping cost should contact us prior to placing the order online. If an estimate is not requested the order will be shipped using USPS Insured International airmail and charged to the customers credit/debit card at our cost plus a $ 5.00 processing fee.
International customers are responsible for the payment of any import duties, taxes, or other fees that may be levied on merchandise purchased from us upon delivery. You will need to contact the customs agency in your country if you have any questions regarding import fees.
International shipping charges on returns for a refund or replacement is non-refundable
A sales tax of 9.25% is applicable to residents of Tennessee.
We often advertise items that are scheduled for release at a future date. These items can normally be ordered in advance (pre-ordered) for shipment when they arrive. The release dates are subject to change or cancellation by the manfacturer. Changes to a release date will be shown in the items description. Pre-order items need to be ordered seperately from in-stock items
If you receive an item that you are not satisfied with it can be returned for a refund, less the original shipping cost. You must notify us within 15 days from the date of delivery that you intend to return the item. The item needs to be returned in the original packaging with any enclosed documents. Since many of the items that we sell are collectibles, we ask that the item be well packaged to prevent possible damage during shipping. Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
