The Ecto-1A is a modified 1959 Cadillac ambulance used by the Ghostbusters in the 1989 film sequel Ghostbusters II. It is an updated version of the Ecto-1 featured in the 1984 film and was equipped with more accessories and technical equipment. There were two electronic billboards added to the roof, one on each side, displaying Ghostbusters ads along with new graphics and a modified logo on the doors.

The film stars Bill Murray as Dr. Peter Venkman, Dan Aykroyd as Dr. Raymond Stantz, Harold Ramis as Dr. Egon Spengler, Sigourney Weaver as Dana Barrett, Rick Moranis as Louis Tully and Ernie Hudson as Winston Zeddemore.
