The 90th Fighter Squadron is one of the oldest units in the USAF. Established in 1917 the 90th FS “Dicemen” have flown approximately 24 types of aircraft. In 1991 the 11th Air Force, 3rd Wing “Pair O Dice”, 90th FS moved from Clark AB in the Philippines to Elmendorf AFB, Alaska where in 1994 they traded their F-4s for the McDonnell Douglas F-15E. In 2005 F-15E 87-0173 was assigned to the 11th AF Commanding Officer Lieutenant General Douglas Fraser. In 2007 the 90th FS received the F-22 Raptor.
