In the 1985 film A View to a Kill, May Day (Grace Jones) commits an assassination at the Eiffel Tower and escapes using a paraglider. British MI6 agent James Bond (Roger Moore) attempts to follow her from the street after he steals a Renault taxi that is later destroyed when it gets cut in half during the chase.
