PAYMENT

We accept Visa and MasterCard (including debit cards), American Express, Discover and PayPal.

PayPal should not be used for the payment of pre-orders due to a 30 day authorization limit


SHIPPING

In stock items are normally shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays) from the order date. Shipping is not available to P.O. Box addresses.

Continental United States

Standard Shipping

$ 7.95 (UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail)

Please be certain that your shipping address is correct. If the address on the order form is incorrect (street number, street name, zip code, etc.) it could delay delivery of your purchase.

If an item is returned, the original shipping charge is non-refundable. If the returned item qualified for free shipping when it was ordered, the shipping cost paid by us to the shipper will be deducted from the refund amount.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico

Shipping to residents of Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is through the U.S. Postal Service. Please contact us if you need an estimate on the shipping cost before ordering. The shipping cost to these locations is added manually by us during order processing and will not appear in the total when the order is placed online.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

There is a minimum purchase requirement of $ 50.00 on International orders. Customers that need an estimate on the shipping cost should contact us prior to placing the order online. If an estimate is not requested the order will be shipped using USPS Insured International airmail and charged to the customers credit/debit card at our cost plus a $ 5.00 handling fee.

International customers are responsible for the payment of any  import duties, taxes, or other fees that  may be levied on merchandise purchased from us upon delivery. You will need to contact the customs agency in your country if you have any questions regarding import fees.

International shipping charges on returns for a refund or replacement is non-refundable


SALES TAX

A sales tax of 9.25% is applicable to residents of Tennessee.


AVAILABILITY

We often advertise items which are scheduled for release at a later date. These items can normally be ordered in advance (pre-ordered) for shipment when they arrive. The release dates are subject to change  or cancellation by the manfacturer. Changes to a release date will be updated in the items description. Pre-order items need to be ordered seperately from in-stock items


RETURNS

If you receive an item that you are not satisfied with it can be returned for a refund, less the original shipping cost. You must notify us within  14 days from the date of delivery that you intend to return the item. The item needs to be returned in the original packaging with any enclosed documents. Since many of the  items that we sell are collectibles, we ask that the item be well packaged to prevent possible damage during shipping.
