We accept Visa (including debit cards), Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. PayPal should not be used for the payment of pre-orders
SHIPPING
In stock items are normally shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays, from the order date. We use UPS for standard shipping within the continental USA. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Shipping to residents of Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is through the U.S. Postal Service. Please contact us if you need an estimate on the shipping cost before ordering. The shipping cost to these locations is added manually by us during order processing and will not appear in the total when the order is placed.
Please be sure that your shipping address is correct. If the shipping address on the order form is incorrect (street number, street name, zip code, etc.) it will be corrected by UPS. We are charged a fee for these corrections which will be charged to the credit card used for the purchase.
SALES TAX
A sales tax of 9.25% is applicable only to residents of Tennessee.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
There is a minimum purchase requirement of $ 50.00 on International orders. Customers that need an estimate on the shipping cost should contact us prior to placing the order online. If an estimate is not requested the order will be shipped using USPS Insured International airmail and charged to the customers credit/debit card at our cost plus a $ 5.00 handling fee.
International customers are responsible for the payment of any import duties, taxes, or other fees that may be levied on merchandise purchased from us when it is delivered. If you have any questions you should contact the customs agency in your country to find out if the items you are purchasing will be subjected to duty taxes or other fees.
AVAILABILITY
We often advertise items which are scheduled for release at a later date. These items can normally be ordered in advance (pre-ordered) for shipment when they arrive. The release dates are subject to change or cancellation by the manfacturer. Any changes to a release date will be updated in the item description. Pre-order items need to be ordered seperately from in-stock items
RETURNS
If you receive an item that you are not satisfied with it can be returned to us for a refund, less the original shipping cost. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt so that we can issue a return authorization number. The item needs to be returned in the original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Since many of the items that we sell are collectibles we ask that the item be well packaged to prevent possible damage during shipping.
