This highly detailed model replicates an International Transtar operated by River Valley Hauling Company. It includes a flatbed trailer and a load of large tires.
The International Transtar COE (cab-over-engine) regional-haul tractor was king in the 1970s. Due to affordability it gave truckers a heavy duty rig to enter the business as an owner-operator.
The Corgi "Heavy Haulers" series includes high quality, ready-made, die-cast models of tractor trailers and other commercial trucks. Every model is crafted using specifications of the original vehicle. They feature accurate structural detail and paint schemes, rotating wheels, and rubber tires.
